Welcome to TEAM YES Aquatics

Team YES! Aquatics of Houston is a USA Swimming Club located in Northwest Houston in the Cypress Fairbanks (Cy-Fair) area.  We offer Swim Programs for athletes who are just learning the sport, to varsity athletes at local schools.  Our training sessions take place at the Cy-Springs, and Cy-Falls,  indoor pools. 

 

Swimmer assessments are available at Cy-Springs High School during each training day, from 5:30 – 6:00 PM at Cy-Springs on Mon., Thu., or Fri.  Appointments are not required.  Check the training schedule to confirm the location and practice days.

Pool Availability may change at the discretion of Cy-Fair ISD

NEW: Voluntary Withdrawal & re-activation of Monthly Fees

If you would like to suspend your monthly fees, you will need to provide 15 days written notice to registrar@teamyes.net in order to have your fees temporarily suspended. Since we can not prorate monthly fees, the request will take effect the first day of the next month.

 

Please do one of the following

a. Fill out and return a Withdrawal/Re-activation Form to your coach

b. Fill out, sign & scan (with signature) the form then e-mail it to registrar@teamyes.net.

If you know when you will be returning at the time of voluntary suspension, you can fill in that portion as well.

A $25.00 processing fee will be assessed at the time of withdrawal

This new form is now being used for both voluntary withdrawal and re-instatement.

 

 

Please be aware: You will not be able to practice or participate in Team Yes activities during this period.

Example: Anyone wanting to suspend dues for Summer League (May 1st) will need to send the form in prior to April 15th and your fees will be suspended beginning on May 1st.

SONIC Cards are available from any board member

Hey Everyone—Don’t forget to get your SONIC Cards from any board member. These cards are only $5.00 but you get over $15 dollars worth of food discounts. Buy as many as you would like. These make great gifts as a small thank you for neighbors, babysitters and teachers. If you would like to get more information please send an e-mail to secretary@teamyes.net If you would like to get more cards, see any board member.

 

Team YES Night @ Sonic—Thursday September 16th

Once night a month (3rd Thursday of the month), Sonic will donate 10% of all sales between 5:00 & 8:00 at the Sonic located at 7650 Highway 6 N to Team Yes. This is from total sales, not just from purchases by Team Yes members, so tell your friends to meet you at Sonic. Wear your Team Yes Shirts, and drop by and hang out with your swimming friends.

Attention Blue, Junior & Senior Groups

With dry land practice starting for Blue, Jr & Sr on Aug 30th, please bring tennis shoes and water bottle

 

It is not too late to Register

We have had a great turnout for 2010-2011 registration but in case you could not make one of the registration times previously, it is not too late to register. For group swimming (intermediate —> Senior group) bring the following:

· Four Forms (Enrollment, Medical release, ACH, and USA Registration form)

· Two checks

1. Registration + September dues + USA Registration

2. Voided check stapled to the ACH form
